Im Schatten der Sith ist ein Roman von Adam Christopher, der am 28. Juni 2022 unter dem Originaltitel Shadow of the Sith bei Del Rey erschienen ist. Die deutsche Übersetzung erscheint am 17. Juli 2024 beim Blanvalet-Verlag. Das Buch wurde im Oktober 2021 auf StarWars.com angekündigt und legt den Fokus auf Lando Calrissian und Luke Skywalker, die einer Bedrohung durch die Sith nachgehen und den Planeten Exegol aufzuspüren versuchen. Der Roman spielt beinahe zwanzig Jahre nach Episode VI – Die Rückkehr der Jedi-Ritter, aber vor Episode VII – Das Erwachen der Macht. Auf Twitter gab der Autor das Datum mit 21 NSY an[1] und nannte den Filmroman zu Episode III – Die Rache der Sith von Matthew Stover, die X-Wing-Reihe von Michael A. Stackpole und Charles Soules Roman Das Licht der Jedi als Einflüsse.[2]
